Meta charges per WhatsApp conversation. These pass through a prepaid messaging wallet in your dashboard, topped up in INR (+18% GST for Indian businesses), so platform charges are always transparent and under your control — they are not bundled into the plan price.
If you use up a month's AI conversation allowance, top-ups are available in-app and never expire. Your plan allowance resets every month.
Subscriptions are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record, and you may cancel and request a return within 14 days of purchase. After that, subscriptions renew until cancelled and cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
