Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 10 July 2026
This policy covers subscriptions and credits purchased for DashOwl (a product of EARTHASANA, sole proprietorship of Dipesh Agrawal, Chhattisgarh, India). Payments are processed in INR via Razorpay.
1. Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us (details below).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.
- No further renewals are charged after cancellation.
2. Refunds
- Subscription fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, except in the cases below.
- Full refund is issued for: (a) duplicate payment for the same period; (b) a verified billing error on our side; (c) payment charged but the Service was never provisioned to your account.
- Usage-based credits (AI or messaging credits) are non-refundable once consumed; unconsumed credits from an erroneous charge are refunded with that charge.
3. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
- Timeline: typically 5–7 business days after approval (your bank may take additional time to reflect it).
4. How to request
Email dipesh@dashowl.co or call/WhatsApp +91 95560 45365 from your registered details, with the payment reference (Razorpay payment ID or invoice number).
We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 7 business days.
